WordPress Conversion

Superior Motorcycle Experiences.com offers luxury curated motorcycle holiday packages. Holidays are available in a variety of venues and you can choose from a number of high performance bikes. 

Earlier this year the business had a website built for them by a high-end design agency. It included drone footage on a loop on the home page, bespoke branding elements, and other design delighters. 

However, the original design agency were not able to include a CMS (content management system) as part of the package. James and his team knew that they wanted to use WordPress and we were brought in to do the conversion. Additionally, Superior Motorcycle Experiences specified that they wanted us to use the new WordPress block editor. 

We carried out the conversion involving more complexity than our typical website design where we are in control of the original design. Unable to use Foundation, we had to learn and understand the responsive framework already in use.  

We split the sectional home page into multiple WordPress pages for better SEO. We converted the chief design motif (a sort of compass icon) into a custom WordPress block for re-use. And we delivered a number of page templates so the marketing team could create new blog pages and static pages in a variety of styles. The finished WordPress theme was, of course, tested thoroughly on a range of devices. 

Superior Motorcycle Experiences are now blogging regularly and otherwise using the new WordPress CMS to the max, as part of their marketing efforts.
